No storing tires or other auto parts on patio
No sofa's on patio or front yard
No craft painting hobbies, inside or outside!
No hobbie jobs, inside or outside!
We don't allow co-signing!

Garage is for autos, its not a storage
unit or a work shop.
Weeding, edging, mowing and maintaining
the place. If you don't, we will charge
you $190.00 per week and we'll do it.
You have to supply mower, weed trimmer,
and other garden tools.
Gas winter: $150-$175 est., Summer $18-20
City water, trash, and electric est.
$80-$150 pending how conservitive
you are.
